The People Behind the Company

ANDY HELZER

Andy followed the traditional path of getting as much education and schooling as possible. He was taught and believed that a college degree would provide safety and security for his future. He was encouraged to get as many degrees as he could. He earned his Bachelors Degree, went on to earn his Masters Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Masters in Business Administration, then became a CPA. With tons of time invested and debt accrued and after a few years in the corporate world, he discovered how little stability and control he actually had. After experiencing a couple layoffs while dealing with significant credit card and student loan debt he knew there had to be a better way. He and Maureen partnered up with this mentorship program and started building an asset outside of Andy's full time income. They now earn a 6 figure income outside of his day job.

And due to the income through this program, Andy has significantly reduced the hours working for someone else. He walked away from a full time corporate position and now only works part time.

MAUREEN HELZER

Maureen grew up in a traditional business owner family. They lived a nice life and had nice things. She saw her dad own a factory but also felt the effects of the tremendous amount of hours each week it took to run it. At the age of 48 Maureen's dad sold that business and walked away from it free and clear... how? With the very little "spare time" he had... he and her mom built an asset outside of the factory that provided more time for him and the family. He bought his life back. Maureen learned at an early age the benefit of owning something and having control... and that always stuck with her. She however pursued a corporate career in Hotel Management before retiring to be a stay at home mom at the age of 28. Through difficult and unstable financial times, Maureen was faced with having to get back into the corporate world to help contribute to the family income which meant putting their 2 little boys (4 & 2) into daycare full time. This was the nightmare that motivated both of them. This is when Andy & Maureen agreed there had to be a better way. They partnered up with her parents and this mentorship program. Within a few short months they were making enough money for Maureen to continue to stay home full time. She never had to go back to work and she never had to put her boys into daycare. She bought her life back. They now have 4 children whom she has been a full time mom to for the past 15 years.

How it All Started

JOHN & MARY RAYNIAK

The year was 1987, John owned a factory and was working 60-80 hours a week. Mary was home full time with 5 kids ranging from 4-12 years old. They did well financially but were "time broke".  They didn't get to spend much time together or as a family. They both agreed that there had to be a better way! After researching several other franchises and business models they came across this mentorship program and decided this would be the best way they would be able to build a profitable and stable asset outside of their successful traditional business. They also saw how this opportunity could buy John's time back in a way no other business could. With serious time issues they relied on the team and the process to help them grow. Within a few years, John was able to sell his factory and walk away free and clear... at the age of 48 years old. He bought his life back. 31 years later they are still actively mentoring and coaching others to do the same. They are grateful they made the decisions they made all those years ago. Today they get to actually enjoy life... not only do they spend every day together, but they spend a lot of time with their 5 kids, spouses, and 13 grandkids. Life is meant to be lived.
